Co-Founder responsible for infrastructure strategy, government partnerships, and national digital infrastructure across frontier and emerging markets.
Progression State is a Congolese-Canadian-American founded infrastructure group developing and operating national digital infrastructure platforms across frontier and emerging markets.
We partner with governments, state-owned enterprises, and private sector institutions to design and deploy systems that modernize critical economic functions, strengthen regulatory capacity, and increase government revenue collection.
In many frontier markets — particularly in the Democratic Republic of the Congo — a significant portion of economic activity operates outside formal systems. The informal economy alone is estimated to represent approximately 44% of total economic activity, equivalent to over $100B in unstructured flows. Progression State is built to close that gap.
Rather than focusing solely on new demand creation, we structure, digitize, and scale existing economic activity, while simultaneously developing new infrastructure systems that expand the formal economy.

Progression State was founded by three partners with combined experience across infrastructure development, government engagement, financial structuring, and operational execution.

Technology, regulatory structuring, and capital coordination operating as one.
Modular frameworks designed for deployment across 105+ frontier and emerging markets.
