What we collect

Progression State collects only the personal data necessary to deliver the infrastructure and services we are contracted for. This includes contact details, employment records, and operational data that flows through the platforms we operate on behalf of our clients and partners.

How we use it

Personal data is used to operate our platforms, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with applicable law, and protect the integrity of the infrastructure we run. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver a service or comply with a legal obligation.

Where it lives

Production data resides in EU jurisdiction (Frankfurt) on infrastructure we control. Backups are encrypted and stored in sovereign-friendly jurisdictions. We do not store personal data on consumer cloud services.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations. Direct requests to privacy@progressionstate.com.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated to active contacts in advance.
